Annaliese Chambers

Actress / Singer / Dancer

My Vlog
Annaliese Chambers.JPG

My name is Annaliese Chambers, and I am a bicoastal performer originally from Birmingham, Alabama. From a very young age, I’ve always loved performing- in fact, when I was born, the doctor said that I was the loudest baby that he’d ever delivered! I am a proud Summa Cum Laude graduate of The University of Alabama (RTR!!), where I majored in Musical Theatre and minored in Communication Studies. I even had the honor of receiving the Tommy Walker Award for excellence in theatre during my time there. Since then, I have performed across the country with various regional theaters, and have even performed in a national tour across China! I am represented by HRi Talent.

As a classically trained soprano who likes to belt in her free time, and a traditional ingenue with whip-smart comedic timing, I've been able to portray a wide array of roles within my theatrical career. From the elegant Golden Age leading lady to the quirky contemporary girl-next-door, I've truly done it all! I specialize in highly comedic performances, and thrive in environments that require improvisation. I also dabble in other forms of art and entertainment, such as film and commercial acting, as well as modeling.

Outside of theatre, I love to spend my time reading romance novels, binging reality dating shows, and participating in outdoor activities like swimming and kayaking! I’m also the second of four kids, so I love to spend time with my family and our kitties.

HEY, Y'ALL!

life updates!

I am thrilled to be returning to the Central Coast for my fifth and sixth shows at The Great American Melodrama! Catch me this summer in Less Miserable (Madame Thénardier, Dance Captain), and How the West Was Really Won (TBA, Dance Captain). It is truly an honor to be back performing in one of my favorite places as a part of their big 50th season!

"Mabel was played by Annaliese Chambers, who did a brilliant job making her debut at the Great American Melodrama after returning to the states from touring around China. I loved watching her perform; every time she took to the stage she charmed me with her facial expressions, beautiful voice, and high enthusiasm."
